What Taktik is
Taktik publishes statistical predictions for football matches, virtual coupons built from those predictions, and statistics about how they performed. The content is for information and entertainment.
What Taktik is not
Taktik is not a bookmaker, a betting intermediary or a financial service. We do not accept bets, deposits or payments for bets, we do not pay out winnings, and we do not recommend or link to bookmakers. Virtual coupons involve no stake and no money. Nothing on Taktik is a promise of profit, income or any particular result.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for complying with the laws of the country you are in, including any rules on gambling.
No guarantee
Predictions are probabilities and can be wrong. Data may be delayed or incomplete. You use the content at your own risk and any decision you make, including whether to bet with a third party, is your own.
Your account
Keep your password secret. You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, for example through automated scraping or attempts to break security.
Content
The predictions, texts and design belong to Taktik. You may share screenshots for personal, non-commercial use. Reselling or republishing the content in bulk is not allowed.
Paid plans
The service is free during the beta. If paid plans are introduced, prices and terms will be shown before any purchase and nothing will be charged without your explicit action.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Taktik is not liable for losses arising from the use of the content, including losses from bets placed with third parties.
